Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 12:48 AM, Troopers arrested Nicole Hernandez, age 33, of 57 Austin Street Apartment #3, Hyde Park, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.175% & Phase II 0.166%). The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Route 146 North in the City of Providence. Hernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 2:30 AM, Troopers arrested Edward Azakpo, age 46, of 178 Burnside Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – Third Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Azakpo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 4:21 AM, Troopers arrested Kaijana Mckinney, age 25, of 14 Mount Washington Street, Lowell, Massachusetts for 1.) License/Permit to Carry Concealed Pistol or Revolver, 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, 3.) Carrying a Weapon While Under the Influence, 4.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 5.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Mckinney was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
