ARREST: 2026-023659 LOCATION: Cranston
On Friday, April 10, 2026, at approximately 6:00 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Andre L. Wilkinson, age 47, of 62 Magnolia Street Apartment 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Felony Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Wilkinson was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Warwick Police Department on scene.

On Friday, April 10, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jean Rodriguez, age 32, with last known address of 57 Berkshire Road, Apt #D, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Adult Correctional Institutions Records and Identification Department and the ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he agreed to waive extradition proceedings back to the State of Massachusetts and was remanded to the custody of the Sherrifs Department.
