At 10:30 PM, Troopers arrested Ernest Martinelli, age 70, of 599 Hatchery Road, North Kingstown, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 12:48 AM, Troopers arrested Alba Chevez Bonilla, age 25, of 977 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 1:07 AM, Troopers arrested Audy Sanchez, age 30, of 969 West Main Road, Apartment 9603, Middletown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway, in the City of Newport. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future notice to appear in Second Division District Court.
