On Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:51 p.m., Troopers arrested Raul O. Jimenez, age 37, of 16 Amsterdam Street, Unit 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Old Louisquisset Pike, in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
On Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 11:45 p.m., Troopers arrested Leonel A. Garcia, age 21, of 30 Highland Street, Apartment 19D, Taunton, Massachusetts, for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol and 2.) Possession of Marijuana – Greater than Two Ounces. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Allens Avenue, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
