At 9:50 AM, Troopers arrested Brandon Ovalles, age 29, of 165 Norwood Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake.
