At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Michael A. Perez Valenzuela, age 22, of 158 Rushmore Avenue, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense, originating out of the State Police Traffic Safety Unit. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Ave in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later held at State Police Headquarters pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 1:29 AM, Troopers arrested Marlon Mendez Rafael, age 23, of 36 Lebanon Street, Apartment #2, Fall River, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: 0.160, Phase II: 0.157). This arrest was the result of an investigation for a disabled motor vehicle on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Wood Barracks, where he was processed, and later held at State Police Headquarters pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
