On Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9:34 AM, Troopers arrested Keane Perry, age 52, of 77 Central Ave, 3rd Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and 2.) Sixth Division District Family Court Bench Warrant on a non-criminal charge of Body Reciprocal. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was processed at the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Third Division District Court.
On Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:54 PM, Troopers arrested Victoria Barclay, age 53, of 112 Ohio Ave, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Fraudulently Obtaining Assistance 2.) Fraudulent Use of Food Stamps 3.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses / Personation Over $10,000 and 4.) Giving False Documents to Agent, Employee, or Public Official. The arrest was the result of a Barracks SNAP investigation by members of the Hope Valley Barracks and the subject turning herself in to the State Police- Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
