At 11:30 PM, Troopers arrested Sameh Henein, age 50, of 31 Fletcher Avenue, Lexington, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cobble Hill Road, in the Town of Lincoln. Henein was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear at Third Division District Court.
