On Wednesday, April 16, 2026, at 2:22 PM, Troopers arrested Daniel Richiez, age 32, of 1027 Walton Ave, Bronx, New York for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was a result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of The Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult pending future arraignment at Third Division District Court.
On Wednesday, April 16, 2026, at 5:15 PM, Troopers arrested Calvin Kilgore, age 21, of 16 Ronald Ct, Norwich, Connecticut for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (Blood Results Pending) – 1st Offense, and 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 North, in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
