On April 13, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jeshua Ferreira Young, age 20, of 4 Ivy Street 1st Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Kidnapping; 2) Domestic Violence - Felony Assault; 3) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault; 4) Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct; and 5) Two (2) counts 1st Degree Sexual Assault. Mr. Young was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department on scene.

On April 13, 2026, GEU Detectives arrested Lysander Torres, age 40, of 96 Miller Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Larceny under $1500; 2) Willful Trespass; 3) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation on a charge of Larceny under $1500 originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks; and 4) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation on a charge of Domestic Violence Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. Mr. Torres was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions pending a morning arraignment.

On April 14, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Francisco Herpin, age 21, with last known address of 12 Buxton Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Herpin was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On April 14, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jose Medina, age, 52, last known address of 90 Girard Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of Controlled Substance Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Medina was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On April 14, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Timothy Carlos, age 34, last known address of 6104 Scituate Vista Drive, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order - 1st Offense. Mr. Carlos was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.

On April 14, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Douglas Markie, age 52, last known address of 133 Broad Street, Pawcatuck, Connecticut, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut. Mr. Markie was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department pending his return to Connecticut.

On April 14, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Hector Nazario, age 27, of 200 Sterry Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of No Contact Order - Subsequent 3rd Offense; and 2) AG Request - Rule 9 - Crimes against Persons - Domestic Violence - No Contact Order. Mr. Nazario was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department on scene.

On April 14, 2026, members of the Computer Crimes Unit / Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Bryan Granados, age 25, of 82 Bagley Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Granados was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court. Mr. Granados was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Stephen M. Isherwood, where bail was set at $3,000 with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors as well as limited internet access. Mr. Granados was held as a Superior Court violator.

On April 15, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Edmilson Barros, age 31, of 401 Old River Road, 1st Floor, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol. Mr. Barros was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

On April 15, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, the Worcester Police Department and the Lincoln Barracks arrested Xabiel Feliciano, age 30, of 33 Redfern Street 3rd Floor, North Providence, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the following: 1) Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon; 2) Firearms Use in a Felony; 3) Carrying a Firearm Without a License; and 4) Carrying a Firearm Within 50 Feet of a School. Mr. Feliciano was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice in Kent County District Court.

On April 15, 2026, members of the Computer Crimes Unit / Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Jodilee Rose, age 38, of 51 Earle Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Ms. Rose was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Sixth Division District Court. Ms. Rose was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Stephen M. Isherwood, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors as well as limited internet access.

On April 15, 2026, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Sylvia Wright Collins, age 56, of 54 Laura Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses / Personation Greater than $10,000.00; and 2) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. Ms. Collins was taken into custody at State Police Headquarters, where she was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. Ms. Collins was released with a future Third District Court Date.

On April 15, 2026, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Twiplay Collins, age 42, of 54 Laura Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses / Personation Greater than $5,000.00 and Less than $10,000.00; and 2) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. Mr. Collins was taken into custody at State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. Mr. Collins was released with a future Third District Court Date.

On April 15, 2026, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Isaac Gee, age 76, of 54 Laura Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses / Personation Greater than $1,500.00 and Less than $5,000.00; and 2) Access to Computer for Fraudulent Purposes. Mr. Gee was processed at State Police Headquarters and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. Mr. Gee was released with a future Third District Court Date.

On April 15, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Jayson Shute, age 38, with last known address of 1439 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of New Hampshire. Mr. Shute was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he agreed to waive extradition proceedings back to the State of New Hampshire and was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department.

On April 15, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Kevin White, age 54, with last known address of 37 North Main Street, Bradford, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Criminal Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. White was arraigned in Third Division District Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department.
