Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 7:08 PM, Troopers arrested Xavier Valle, age 20 of 270 Chad Brown Street, Providence, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle - 1st Offense, 2.) Conspiracy to Commit Offense Outside of State - Felony > 5 Years, 3.) Possession of Property Stolen outside of State > $10,000, 4.) Conspiracy - Felony Greater than 5 to 10 Years. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Cranston Police locating the subject. Valle was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center where he will be held as a probation/bail violator.

On Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 9:45 PM, Troopers arrested Wilder Cordero Cruz, age 23, of 182 Illinois Street, Apt 2, Central Falls, for. 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Central Falls. Cruz was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

On Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 9:55 PM, Troopers arrested Shaquille Hall, age 32, of 228 Broad Street, Apt 316, Providence, for 1.) An Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault, originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating and/ or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a crash investigation on Route 95 South in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and given a future Sixth Division District Court date before being turned over to the Providence Police Department
