At 2:22 AM, Troopers arrested Sebastian C. Valencia Walles, age 25, of 61 Lilac Street, Apartment 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Valencia Walles was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 3:29 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph I. Segura, age 33, of 60 Prairie Avenue Apartment 99, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Route 195, in the City of East Providence. Segura was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for evaluation/treatment and was later released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
