On Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 3:38 PM, Troopers arrested Hector A. Rodriguez Taques, age 43, of 850 Broad Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: 0.152%, Phase II: 0.154%) - First Offense, and 2.) Driving without License – 3rd Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to disabled motor vehicle on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date
