At 9:42 PM, Pawtucket Police arrested Ruben Depina Andrade age 20, of 24 Boutwell Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Eluding Law Enforcement – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers and Pawtucket Police locating Depina Andrade. Depina Andrade was held overnight at the Pawtucket Police Department pending a morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Angel Merced, age 50, of 341 Friendship Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on 1.) 6th District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Bail Violation on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I to V, originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) 6th District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Bail Violation on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I to V, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, and 3.) Providence Superior Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I to V, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Althea Street in the City of Providence. Merced was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake.
