On Monday, April 20, 2026, at 8:28 PM, Troopers arrested Justin Duquette, age 20, of 58 Evergreen Drive, Exeter, Rhode Island for an affidavit and arrest warrant for Second Degree Child Molestation originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers assisting Detectives from the West Warwick Police Department with a residence check at 58 Evergreen Drive, in the Town of Exeter. Duquette was transferred into the custody of the West Warwick Police Department.
On Monday, April 20, 2026, at 8:51 PM, Troopers arrested Stephanie Bagshaw, age 37, of 53 Shady Hill Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Third Division District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for pretrial conference on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C Unknown- 1st Offense originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane, in the Town of West Warwick. Bagshaw was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Women's Intake Service Center.
