On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 9:50 AM, Troopers arrested Charles Wheeler, age 55, of 138 Barton Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest warrant for Disorderly Conduct - Indecent Exposure (First Offense). This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Wheeler surrendering himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Wheeler was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Third Division District Court.
On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM, Troopers arrested Yovany Batres, age 48, of 722 Pine Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest warrant for Duty to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Batres surrendering himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Batres was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 11:50 PM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Frazier, age 28, of 6 Pickett Road, East Providence, Rhode Island, for Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Route 195, in the City of East Providence. Frazier was misdemeanor released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
