On April 21, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Talamise Perez Santiago, age 22, of 2533 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for the following: 1) Felony Assault; and 2) Breaking and Entering. Mr. Santiago was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Police Department.
On April 21, 2026, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Hector Viruet Hernandez, age 42, of 209 Sweet Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Cocaine. Mr. Hernandez was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and then transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
On April 21, 2026, members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Louis Luciano, age 49, of 209 Sweet Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Two Counts of Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons Prohibited; and 2) Four Counts of Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited. Mr. Luciano was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and then transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
