At 5:30 PM, Troopers arrested Pathra Rot, age 33, of 94 Fillmore Street Apt. F, Providence, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor- BAC Unknown- 1st Offense and 2) Driving with a Suspended License- 4th/ Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of E-911 calls for an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 295 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
