On Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 3:09 AM, Troopers arrested Joshua Bartholomew age 22, of 120 Shand Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs (Blood Results Pending) – 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash involving a wrong way operator on Route 37 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and misdemeanor released with a notice to appear in Third District Court at a later date.
