On Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:04 PM, Troopers arrested Eric Baumann, age 59, of 635 Main Street, Falmouth, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.189% & Phase II: 0.185%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
