At 4:00 AM, Troopers arrested Adal Choche, age 34, of 286 River St, Walton, Massachusetts, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Choche was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
