On Friday, April 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM, Troopers arrested Andrew R. Resendes, age 31, of 593 Main Street, Warren, Rhode Island for 1.) Cyberstalking and Cyber Harassment and 2) Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the original charge of Domestic Violence -Vandalism originating out of the Bristol Police Department. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the Rhode Island Capitol Police taking Resendes into custody at Second Division District Court. Resendes was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Second Division District Court for arraignment.
On Friday, April 24, 2026 at 9:29 PM, Troopers arrested Astrid Perez Herrera, age 21, of 50 King Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 2nd Offense, and 3.) Driving with Suspended License – Certain Violations. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division District Court.
On Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 12:38 AM, Troopers arrested Andrew Cervini, age 35, of 114 Second Point Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and released with a Notice to Appear in Third Division District Court.
