At 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Valentin Salvador, age 18, of 94 Slater Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for, Violation of a Protection Order—First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles to assist Capitol Police. Salvador was transported t State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institute – Men's Intake as a Probation Violator.
At 12:14 AM, Troopers arrested Luis Cua Felipe, age 21, of 17 Alto Street, Apartment 1, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Driving After Suspension—Certain Violations—First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Barrows Street in the City of Providence. Cua Felipe was transported to the State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
