At 12:46PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Wood, age 32, of 36 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks for processing before being turned over to the Adult Correction's Institute – Men's Intake Center as a Probation Violator.
At 12:46PM, Troopers arrested Ann Marie Stafford, age 33, of 56 Maple Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 10:47 PM, Troopers arrested Jason Wilcox, age 42, of 26 Coach Murgo Lane, Apartment 1, Barrington, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court Date.
