On Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Manuel Depina, age 20, of 33 Hazel Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Drug, Toluene, or Controlled Substance – First Offense originating out Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Pawtucket. Depina was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 12:30 AM, Troopers arrested Lashawn Marria, age 22, of 252 Division Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor- B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Marria was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Gillissie, age 54, of 67 Slater Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.134% & Phase II: 0.141%.). The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Gillissie was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a Probation Violator.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Santos Pena, age 31, of 118 Pleasant Street Apt. #2, Lincoln, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.143% & Phase II: 0.135%.). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the Town of North Providence. Santos Pena was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 4:44 AM, Troopers arrested Luis J. Soares Rosa, age 30, of 24 Weybosset Street, Apartment 1, Fall River, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.143% & Phase II: 0.135%); 2.) Driving to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury; and 3.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation involving a wrong-way driver on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
