At 1:36 AM, Troopers arrested Cheryl Reyes, age 59, of 127 Yorktown Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Felony Shoplifting > $100 and Misdemeanor Shoplifting Habitual Offender 2nd Offense originating out of the Smithfield Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Shoplifting – 2nd Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting – 2nd Offense originating out of the Smithfield Police Department, 4.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting – 2nd Offense originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department, 5.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting – 2nd Offense originating out of the Smithfield Police Department, 6.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Smithfield Police Department.

Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the Coventry Police Department, 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the Coventry Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center
