At 4:03 PM, Troopers arrested Yasmilka Guerrero Peralta, age 22, of 155 Melrose Street, Floor #3, Providence, Rhode Island, on an active Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition on the original charges of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses - Over $1,500.00, Passing Counterfeit Certificates/Bills/Notes, and Forgery and Counterfeiting originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the Town of West Greenwich. Yasmilka was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Service Center.
