On Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 10:25 PM, Troopers arrested Vanessa L. Castillo, age 38, of 34 Park Lane, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- B.A.C. Unknown- 1st Offense, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor with Child Under 13 years old- 1st Offense, and 3.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test- 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police- Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court Date.
