Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Hunt, age 56, of 1990 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the charge of Breaking and Entering a Business or Public Building with Felonious Intent originating out of the Warwick Police Department; 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 grams, originating out of the Warwick Police Department; and 3.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for a Technical Violation on the charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 grams, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a pedestrian stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.

At 1:35 AM, Troopers arrested Branden V. DaGama, age 29, of 17 Winter Street, Apt. 2, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle; and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License – Certain Violations – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as a probation violator.

At 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Brian L. Rego, age 32, of 201 Greenbrier Drive, Seekonk, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pearl Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
