At 4:08 PM, Troopers arrested Eric Labarge, age 48, of 120 Federal Hill Road, Hollis, New Hampshire, as a Fugitive from Justice out of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, New Hampshire, on the charge of First-Degree Felony Assault. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Wyatt Detention Facility in Central Falls and taking custody of Labarge. Labarge was transported to the State Police- Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Service Center.
At 7:00 PM, Troopers arrested Olivia Tumber, age 23, of 955 West Shore Road, Unit 6B, Alexandria, New Hampshire, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Simple Assault and/or Battery; and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to Miriam Hospital for evaluation, and later transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 8:40 PM, Troopers arrested Jordan Gomes, age 34, of 101 Countryside Lane, Apt. 1, Riverside, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the East Providence Police Department.
At 11:44 PM, Troopers arrested Armando Rivas, age 25, of 41 Shiloh Street, Apt. 11, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – Fourth/Subsequent Offense, originating out of the State Police – Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
