At 11:03 PM, Troopers arrested Edwin Mena Cabay, age 33, of 993 Social Street Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.164% & Phase II: 0.166%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Mena Cabay was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
