At 4:21 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Garvey, age 39, of 34 Newport Lane, Narragansett, Rhode Island for 1.) Second Degree Sexual Assault and 2.) Simple Assault and/or Battery. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and locating the subject at his residence. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third District Court arraignment date.
At 1:47 AM, Troopers arrested John-Paul Ohart, age 44, of 83 Wrentham Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance
