On May 3, 2026, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Jose Luis Palau, age 20, of 53 1st Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, for the following: One (1) count of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. Mr. Palau was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail after an appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner.
