At 7:12 AM, Troopers arrested Angus Gore, age 32, of 51 Arlington Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – Blood Results Pending – First Offense; 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense; and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 138 West, in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to Newport Hospital and misdemeanor released with a notice to appear in Second District Court.
