At 12:07 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Francisco Perez, age 51, of 99 Old Oak Ave, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty and 2) Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Webster Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 1:45 AM, Troopers arrested David L Reynolds, age 30, of 69 Seventh Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 North in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
