At 10:53 PM, Troopers arrested Reinaldo Capo Rosario, age 55, of 119 SW 3rd Court, Florida City, Florida for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - B.A.C. Unknown- 1st Offense, 2.) Violation of No Contact Order-First Offense and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 295 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center where he was held as a probation violator.
At 10:53 PM, Troopers arrested Gretchen Martinez, age 45, of 193 Broad Street Apt. A5, New London, Connecticut for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order - First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 295 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Anabel Perez, age 32, of 1 Sayles Hill Road, Apt. 2, Manville, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.112 & Phase II: 0.108.). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 99 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police -Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
