At 3:17 AM Troopers arrested David Cafaro, Age 32, of 20 Marne Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance - 10 Grams or less (Crystal Meth). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Cafaro was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.
