At 3:42 PM, Troopers arrested Jermone Hodge, age 38, of 146 Mauran Avenue, Apt. 2 East Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault 2.) Failure to Relinquish a Telephone 3.) Domestic Disorderly. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an E-911 call for a rolling domestic incident on Route 195 in the City of East Providence and a subsequent investigation. Hodge was later located in the City of Providence, taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.
At 2:41 AM, Troopers arrested Paola Gonzalez, Age 29, of 38 Ruth Avenue, Rumford, Rhode Island, for 1) 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. Gonzalez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult pending a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
At 2:52 AM, Troopers arrested Santiago Garcia Age 38, of 174 Broadway Street, Norwich, Connecticut for 1) Driving Under the Influence - BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.149 & Phase II: 0.146.). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue, in the City of Providence. Garcia was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult pending a future Sixth Division District Court date.
