At 11:35 AM, Troopers arrested Randy Peguero, age 24, of 134 Dodge Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Peguero was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
At 3:51 PM, Troopers arrested Jennifer Moscoso, age 36, of 7 Loveday Street, Floor 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – Child Passenger Under 13 Years Old (2 Counts); 3.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense; 4.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty; and 5.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 3:51 PM, Troopers arrested Besty Francisco, age 35, of 57 Melissa Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 4:12 PM, Troopers arrested Carmelo J. Fonseca Huertas, age 37, of 19 Treasure Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 1:45 AM, Troopers arrested Aiden Kirkland, age 23, of 2 Laurel Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
