At 1:35 AM, Troopers arrested Julio Diaz Liberta, age 29, of 18 Atlantic Avenue, Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department, on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth Offense or Subsequent. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 1:55 AM, Troopers arrested Sophie Aywas, age 27, of 400 Power Road, Floor #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended License – Certain Violations. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Power Road in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
