At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Victor Bulux, age 33, of 41 Althea Street, FL. #1, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License – 4th Offense originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was a result of Bulux turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Bulux was processed and later transported to the Adult Correction Institution-Men's Intake Service Center.
At 10:41 PM, Troopers arrested Ivan Babb, age 46, of 271 New York Avenue, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Providence/Bristol County Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment on a Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
