At 2:29 AM, Troopers arrested Jada Martell, age 23, of 22 Cutler Street Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Providence Police Department. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and held overnight to await morning transport to Sixth District Court.
