At 1:38 PM, Troopers arrested William Mackenzie, age 45, of 892 Atwells Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice out of Middlesex County Sheriff's Office, New Brunswick, New Jersey, for Probation Violation on the original charge of Vehicle Theft. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Providence Superior Court in the City of Providence and taking custody of the subject. Mackenzie was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Service Center.
At 10:47 PM, Troopers arrested Khalil Ba, age 23, of 32 Gilmore Street, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Ba was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight as a probation violator pending morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 1:57 AM, Troopers arrested Johnathan Rosales, age 42, of 12 Wallace Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – Third Offense or Subsequent and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Rosales was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 1:48 AM, Troopers arrested David Lassegue, age 45, of 67 Slater Street, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Fugitive from Justice out of the U.S. Marshals Service, for a Probation Violation, on the original charge of Robbery – Banking Type. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Prarie Avenue, in the City of Providence. Lassegue was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service.
