On May 19, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section and the Woonsocket Police Department arrested Troy D. Morvan, age 30, of 25 Union Street - Apartment 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Possession of a Firearm. Mr. Morvan was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned as a Fugitive from Justice in Providence County District Court.
On May 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Kenneth Hassell, age 61, of 71 North Long Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order. Mr. Hassell was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he pleaded guilty and was remanded to the ACI.
On May 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Leon Gagne, age 22, of 1588 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order. Mr. Gagne was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he pleaded guilty and was remanded to the ACI.

On May 19, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Katelyn Burke, age 26, with last known address of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Ms. Burke was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where she was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs' Department pending her return to Massachusetts.
On May 19, 2026, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Marc D'Aguanno, age 48, of 40 Alyssa Court, Scituate, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Check Kiting; 2) Laundering of Monetary Instruments; 3) Bank Fraud; and 4) Conspiracy. Mr. D'Aguanno was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth District Court date.

Mr. Derobbio was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Crawford, and released with a future Sixth District Court Date.
