At 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Darren Souvannavongsa, age 28, of 413 9th Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.186% & Phase II: 0.196%). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
