On Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 5:30 AM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Andrew Harrington, Age 40, of 24 Wilford Court, Apartment 2, Pawcatuck, Connecticut for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and/or Battery. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance at 174 South Road, in the Town of Exeter. Mr. Harrington was processed at the State Police Hope Valley Barracks and later transported to Fourth Division District Court.
