On May 20, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Darryl Larrivee, age 38, of 48 Union Street, Warren, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Violation of Community Supervision originating from the ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Larivee was arraigned in Second Division District Court, where he was held as a probation violator and remanded to the ACI.
On May 20, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force and the Warwick Police Department Special Operations Group arrested Randolph Reynoso, age 36, of 88 Church Street, Apt. 13, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver One Ounce to One Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; and 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl. Mr. Reynoso was processed and transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
On May 20, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Benjamin Cruz, age 36, of 758 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Pawtucket Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Cruz was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department on scene.
