Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 4:10 PM, Troopers arrested Muhammad Baig, age 40, of 20 Lisi Lane, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a road rage incident on Route 10 South in the City of Cranston. Baig was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Disaree Suarez, age 24, of 28 Cross Street, Apartment 302, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – Second Offense; 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense; 3.) Eluding a Law Enforcement officer with a Motor Vehicle in a High-Speed Pursuit; 4.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest; 5.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty; 6.) Disorderly Conduct; 7.) Vandalism; 8.) Driving with Suspended License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense; 9.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Violation of Bail, on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of a No Contact Order, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department; 10.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference, on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of a No Contact Order, originating out of the Central Falls Police Department; 11.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Trial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of No Contact Order, originating out the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks; 12.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Violation of a Court Order, originating out the Central Falls Police Department; and 13.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Vandalism, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Suarez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court, where she will be presented as a bail violator.
