On Friday May 22, 2026, at 9:27 AM, Troopers arrested Jeremiah Louis, age 21, of 97 Kimball Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs –Blood Results Pending—First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. Louis was transported to the State Police—Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On Friday May 22, 2026, at 3:27 PM, Troopers arrested Justin Hubbard, age 33, of 543A Providence New London Turnpike, North Stonington, Connecticut, as a Fugitive from Justice from Florida, on the original charge of Fraud – (Swindle). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Hubbard was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported and turned over to the ACI – Men's Intake.
