At 11:29 PM, Troopers arrested Jesus Folger, age 19, of 41 Comstock Avenue Apt #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol 2.) Possession of a Stolen Firearm and 3.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Central Falls Police Department for License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Central Falls Police Department.
